To all those of you who have been pouring your hearts out, trying to stop abuse, we must never quit sounding the alarm that we hope will one day wake up people to this issue. It seems that I am finding more people and ministries every day that are dedicated to dealing with abuse. We need to link arms and work together as well as join together in our prayers for God to open the doors of our churches and Bible Colleges. We have much to do and in many ways the battle is just beginning. Paul says in Philippians 3:14 “I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” We probably have many goals in life but one of the big ones for us is to be used by God to help turn the tide of abuse that is destroying the lives of so many. So for those who are discouraged and weary, remember that God encourages us to be not weary in well doing for in due season we will reap if we faint not. We won’t succeed if we give up and there are many survivors who are counting on us to be their voices. The enemy is strong and wants us to fail. We must rely on God to help us prevail.
